Unseasonable plantlife...

At this point of winter I'm usually glad to have my pelargoniums show any sign of Not Being Dead Yet (for instance, I really have to stop trying with the scented-leaved ones, I just apparently don't have the right conditions for wintering them; all 4 died on me before the holidays...)

Back to the point: today I noticed one of the blighted buggers is blooming, of all things, and I'm seriously torn between going 'dude, it's not even February yet,' and breaking out the pompoms XD

That feeling I get when it's sunny in the Pacific Northwest in the winter... on the one hand YAY NICE WEATHER and on the other hand AHHH GLOBAL WARMING WE'RE ALL GONNA DIEEEEE. But applied to flowers.
